This is my third year signing up for the Debut Author Challenge hosted by the wonderful Kristi from The Story Siren. This is my favorite challenge because I loooove debut authors, I love supporting them any way I can, and finding new favorites by reading their debuts. I’ve had several favorites in the last two years, they’ve become those type of authors that I swear I will buy anything they write because they’re just that great!! I probably wouldn’t have found them if it hadn’t been for this challenge. I highly encourage anyone to sign up, you don’t have to have a blog to do it, and you will discover many great new writers in 2012, there’s over 600 people signed up already!! This year Kristi and a few others organized a traveling debut author tour which people can sign up for to be in a list to read upcoming debut novels in 2012.

Wow! You've already got yours picked out?! That's awesome! I can't wait to do the 2012 challenge - the 2011 challenge was so fun (my first year doing it). I can't pick out my books ahead of time though - I just change my mind :)
